What We Do ?

What we do ?

We aim at empowering farmers through institutional development through clusters approach not only in farm practice management, input production, quality assurance but also in value addition and direct marketing through innovative  means.

Taking a step towards eco-friendly living, Masum Foundation (Regional Council- PGS-India) has started a project to make model organic villages. Our team is conducting village level workshops and engaging the group of farmers to adopt organic  farming.

Organic Certification Support

PGS certification ensures that farming practices meet organic standards. It involves assessment and inspection, providing a scope certificate from the PGS portal. This certification is vital for promoting trust and transparency in organic farming.

Program Management Costs

Efficient program implementation requires skilled manpower and effective management. This includes data management, program execution, and ensuring all operations run smoothly. The foundation allocates resources to cover these essential aspects of project execution.

Market Linkage Strategies

Connecting farmers with larger markets is key to sustainable income. Masum Foundation fosters collaborations that create robust value chains. These efforts ensure better prices for farmers' products and support long-term community growth.

Cluster Formation Initiatives

Cluster formation and capacity building are critical for sustainable farming. Through training, exposure visits, and field functionary education, Masum Foundation strengthens local agricultural communities. These initiatives empower farmers and enhance their knowledge and skills.

Brand Building Efforts

Masum Foundation actively engages in brand building and marketing. By participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and local publicity, they enhance the visibility of organic products. These efforts help to promote organic farming and connect farmers with broader markets.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

The Masum Foundation has been actively engaged in various CSR activities, particularly in the different area of deprived people. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the foundation played a crucial role in disaster relief, especially after the Amphan cyclone, by providing essential aid and deploying medical teams to assist the affected communities.
